Thank you for choosing Prairie Mailbox & Courier Centre Corp. for your custom-built parcel locker solutions. Below is our shipping policy outlining how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Processing Time

Each parcel locker is custom-built to your specifications. Build times may vary depending on design complexity, volume, and materials. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated build and delivery timeline.

Estimated lead time: 8 to 10 weeks

2. Delivery Methods

We offer two main delivery options:

a. In-Person Delivery
For local and regional customers, we may deliver your custom parcel locker(s) in person. In-person delivery will be scheduled with you directly once your order is ready. Additional fees may apply based on distance and required manpower.

b. Third-Party Shipping
For orders outside our local delivery zone, we will coordinate shipment through a trusted third-party freight or courier service. Shipping costs, transit times, and tracking details will be provided once the shipment has been booked.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will vary based on destination, weight, dimensions, and delivery method. These costs will be clearly communicated during the ordering process and included in your final invoice.

4. Shipping Damage & Inspection

All shipments are insured to cover damage or loss in transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

  • For third-party deliveries, any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

  • For in-person deliveries, we will inspect the unit with you and confirm the condition upon handover.

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for resolution.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all quoted timelines, delays may occur due to supply chain disruptions, weather, or shipping carrier issues. We will keep you informed throughout the process and do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

If you have specific delivery needs such as a liftgate, scheduled delivery window, or on-site installation coordination, please let us know at the time of order.
