At Prairie Mailbox & Courier Centre Corp., we are committed to delivering quality products and services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Parcel Lockers
a. Inventory Items
Refunds are available for standard, in-stock parcel lockers within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

The item has not been altered, damaged, or changed in any way.

The locker is returned in its original condition and packaging.
To request a refund, you must contact us within the 7-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

b. Custom-Built Orders
Custom-built parcel lockers are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes any design modifications, custom colors, sizing, or branding work.

2. Business Setup Packages
Due to the customized nature of our business setup services, refund eligibility is limited:

Cancellations made within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a partial refund up to 50%, at the sole discretion of Prairie Mailbox & Courier Centre Corp.

Refund amount is based on the level of work already completed and any non-recoverable expenses or custom orders.

No refunds will be issued after 14 days or once the majority of the work has been completed.
All work, documentation, and materials produced remain the property of Prairie Mailbox & Courier Centre Corp., regardless of whether a refund is issued.
