We use Square as our payment processor. All transactions are subject to Square’s terms and privacy policy.
Prices listed are in CAD, and applicable taxes or shipping fees will be added at checkout.

For physical products (e.g., parcel lockers):

We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Electronic Parcel Lockers

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom orders are not refundable due to the nature of the order, all sales are final once the order has been place. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

b. Business Setup Services

Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final once work has commenced. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet been rendered.
